Validation
Validation begins with a seasoned MATRIX TECHNOLOGY GROUP Recruiter, experienced in the relevant technology, who searches in the Candidate database on key words in the Client’s requirements, makes a preliminary identification for potential candidates who meet the Client’s requirements, and converses with possible Candidates to verify Candidates’ self-described skills and experience.  The conversation is focused on queries and responses and is behaviorally oriented with the questions designed to elicit Candidate answers ranging from the applications they may have used, job experiences, to the time served in indicated assignments.  The Seasoned Person subsequently documents conversation discoveries with annotated entries in a detailed Validation Questionnaire Form. The Seasoned Person initiates the next screening level by presenting potential Candidates' files to a MATRIX TECHNOLOGY GROUP Senior Manager for further screening-evaluations, including another telephone contact, and follow up with a face-to-face interview where Candidate skills set and experience justify that contact level.  The face-to-face interview is a quality check to validate further the Candidates’ self-described skills, experience, job experiences, but with emphasis on establishing Candidate matches among Client culture and corporate persona factors. The process concludes with a follow through telephone or e mail contact for checking and validating references after the personal, behaviorally focused interview.
