On receipt of any  requirements from the client, the recruiters do a database search for the matching profile that accurately meets the client requirements. The database has currently more 40,000 resumes and after a span of  every 3 months, our recruiting team contacts the candidates for their updated resume. 

Subscription to Job Portals: MATRIX TECHNOLOGY GROUP has an employer account to the Job portals and networking portals such  as Dice, Monster, Career builders, Ladders and Hotjobs. This allows automated download of resumes into our database.  In addition to these portals, we also source candidate through Technical Conferences, trade publications, metropolitan area and local newspapers.
