A designated MATRIX TECHNOLOGY GROUP Senior Manager is responsible for Post Offer matters with special attention for ensuring and confirming a timely tender for the Candidate resignation from the previous position. The MATRIX TECHNOLOGY GROUP Senior Manager responsibility extends to ensure there are no "non-compete" issues and there are no conflict of interests matters. These proactive actions ensure smooth Candidate on-boarding based on comprehensive Candidate vetting. In the course of business activities, an occassional Candidate may not fulfill a letter of acceptance or otherwise may not execute an offer letter. Quite rare, however, If there is a dropout, our recruitment team will provide the candidates that accurately meets the client needs.
