From a well defined and practiced corporate perspective for compliance with common quality standards and operating procedures, including SEI CMM Level 5 and Iso 9001 protocols, the Management Technology Group approaches to setting a Candidate on the route to the Client Interview are, first, based on gaining a comprehensive understanding for details the Client formal job requirements outline. And are, second, closely linked to the specific position, corporate persona, chain of command and organization structure, and the required IT technology strengths. A key portion in this Candidate routing is the proprietary Candidate data base which succinctly captures and distills the job requirements in an RVS Sheet [need to spell out this term). The Candidate data base tracks Candidate resumes, screening interview progress, and results in identifying a Candidate who meets or exceeds Client job requirements, and who possesses important but intangible personality and work ethic factors. When there is a clear and strong Candidate match to Client requirements, and only at that juncture, the process continues to Client Interview. In this routing process, MATRIX TECHNOLOGY GROUP Senior Managers are charged with monitoring the process and with engaging the Candidate and the Client to ameliorate objections and to bridge any gaps. The end result is a job requirement closure and establishing a DOJ – Date of Joining, with the successful Candidate. The Client Interview is the key ingredient and the absolute baseline in the process.
