Matrix Technology is helping Consumer Industry in initial/delta/customizing download of data from R/3 to CRM. We configured Field Service for the field service representatives to exchange data such as assignments, absences, attendances, and service activities between mobile service application and the resource planning tool in the service center. We had also Configured Service Order management, Service order quotations, inquiries, Service order processing, Service resource planning, Assignment processing with mobile service for handheld, Confirmation with mobile service for handheld.
Our Client were in need of expert QA leadership to help them build an effective QA team. Matrix Technology came onsite and quickly hired, trained and led the QA team to high performance. Matrix Technology also implemented the necessary, cost-effective tools and processes to promote more efficient software development cycles and confidence. Provide installation for all environments from Sandbox to Production for ECC 6.0, Portals, PI and BI. Provide Basis/Netweaver support during the final production upgrade, performance analysis following the upgrade through the first month-and and quarter-end processing. Done Code Conversion, Data Migration and Instance Consolidation. Upgrade ABAP Reports, BDC’s, Function Modules, User Exits, RFC’s and BAPI’s from 4.6 to ECC 6.0 in SD,FI/CO, HCM, CO/PA, PS, MM, SD, and PM.
